What Is Wafu Pasta?
Wafu (和風) means "Japanese style." Wafu pasta is Japanese-style pasta.

Each dish on our menu is inspired by a region of Japan, with new regions added over time. A few examples from our menu:
- Fukuoka: Mentaiko Cream & Shrimp Pasta
- Iwate: button mushrooms, maitake and buna shimeji with butter–soy sauce
- Kyoto: cream pasta finished with premium matcha powder
- Yokohama: Napolitan Spaghetti
- Nagano: A5 Shinshu Wagyu, flown in chilled from Japan and never frozen

Pasta Stories is inside Tokyo Central at 3665 Pacific Coast Highway, Space #2, Torrance, CA 90505. Free parking is available in the Tokyo Central lot, and no reservation is needed. We are open Sunday–Thursday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM and Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
